- Check-out: Before 11:00
- Self-check-in available via key box.
During Your Stay
- Maximum of 14 guests allowed.
- No pets are permitted.
- No parties or events are allowed on the premises.
- No smoking inside the house.

- 5 Bedrooms: Each equipped with premium bed linens and comfortable mattresses.
- 5 Bathrooms + 1 Toilet: all bathrooms include rituals cosmetics, towels, and hairdryers.
- Fully Equipped Kitchen: stocked with cookware, tableware, utensils, and cleaning products.
- Living Room and Laundry Room: For your convenience.
- Outdoor Shower: Perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.
Garbage Disposal
To promote ecological responsibility:
- Please sort your garbage into designated categories: paper, plastic, glass, bio, and mixed waste.
- Dispose of waste in semi-transparent bags only.
- Place waste outside the house in the designated area on collection day before 09:00.
- Note that improper disposal may incur a €50 penalty, which will be deducted from your deposit.
